Donald Trump’s victory in last week’s US election has sent shockwaves through the LGBTQ+ community, given the president-elect’s divisive rhetoric and demonisation of the transgender community in particular.

There are fears a second Trump administration will acquire devastating effects for millions of Homosexual people in the United States and beyond.

What could Trump do while in office? The Proposal 2025 policy manifesto provides some clues.

A blueprint for discrimination

Written by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, Venture 2025 is a playbook for the next conservative president.

It contains input from more than 110 groups on key policy and personnel recommendations. The intention is to behave quickly. It features a 180-day move plan that “includes a comprehensive, concrete transition plan for each federal agency”.

Trump sought to distance himself from the manifesto during the campaign. However, many of the contributors played roles in Trump’s first term in office. This includes Stephen Miller, who is expected to be named deputy main person of staff for policy in his second term. Miller’s group, America First Legal, has backed Project 2025.

In 2022, Trump also said of the H

25 LGBTQ Charities to Back During Pride Month & Year-Round

Despite recent progress, everyone must do their split to ensure that the LGBTQ community feels as fully integrated into world as it should. Allies can accomplish a lot by donating to grand charities that work difficult to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged people on a regular basis.

In this article, we delve deep into why we celebrate Parade Month and why it’s so essential to sustain LGBT charities in any way we can.

What is Pride Month?

The annual June celebration of Lesbian, Homosexual, Bisexual, and Transgender Parade Month (LGBT Pride Month) commemorates the 1969 Stonewall riots and promotes matching rights and opportunities for all lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people, and those who are questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.

The Stonewall Uprising in New York Town marked a turning aim in the United States’ gay rights movement. The final Sunday in June was first designated as “Gay Pride Day” in the United States, but the exact date was left up to the individual states. The “day” soon became a month-long series of events in major cities around the country.

ICYMI: New Data Shows that Nearly 30% of Gen Z Adults Recognize as LGBTQ+

The differences along generational lines illustrate a positive shift in the social acceptance of Queer people, allowing younger generations to feel more pleasant and more empowered to come out

WASHINGTON–New findings released this week from Common Religion Research Institute (PRRI) polling and focus groups conducted last August and September show that 28% of Gen Z adults (ages 18-25) identify as LGBTQ+, which is substantially higher than what’s been reported by other sources, such as Gallup. This increase highlights a positive change in the social acceptance of LGBTQ+ people amongst younger generations and is further proof that the American electorate will be increasingly more out and allied as members of Gen Z spin 18. In comparison, PRRI found that 16% of millennials, 7% of Generation X, 4% of neonate boomers and 4% of the Silent Generation detect as LGBTQ+.

Human Rights Campaign President Kelley Robinson released the following statement:

“Whether it’s at the polls, in marches and rallies, or online, LGBTQ+ public presence matters and Gen Z is a force for change. Tho

Project 2025 could contain a significant outcome on the Homosexual community during Donald Trump's second designation, if he is reelected in November.

The 900-page document, produced by the Conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation, was designed as a road map for a conversative president. It proposes an overhaul of the federal government and includes a intend to fire government workers.

Experts have highlighted a wide range of policies in the project that would affect Queer individuals.

Trump has attempted to distance himself from the proposal, writing on social media in July, "I know nothing about Project 2025." Earlier this month, he repeated his statement on Lex Fridman's podcast, adding that he "purposefully" hadn't read it.

A spokesperson for Undertaking 2025 did not respond to a request for comment for this article.

What Are Project 2025's Policies, and How Would They Impact the LGBTQ+ Community?

If implemented, Project 2025 would dismantle antidiscrimination protections by removing terms such as "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" from federal laws, allowing for legal discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals.

It also seeks to restrict the Supreme Court's decision in Bo
