Emma Dumont has come out as transmasculine non-binary and is now going by a new name with family and friends.
The Oppenheimer star—who now uses they/them pronouns—shared the update on their Instagram account, where they've changed their name to Nick Dumont while maintaining the handle @emmadumont.
"They distinguish as a trans masculine non-binary person," their rep told TMZ in a statement. "Their work designate is still going to be Emma Dumont, but they will go by Nick with friends and family."
Emma hasn't publicly addressed their coming out, but they have posted several photos since chopping off their formerly shoulder-length hair. The 30-year-old debuted a pixie cut on Instagram back in May and has since shared several other posts showing off their new look.
